Aries – (March 20 – April 19)

I can feel your lightness, Aries.  How do you like being free? With both Venus and Mars traveling through your sign this month, you have motivation plus opportunity - the perfect combo. Mercury retrograde between the 7th and the 30th forces you to review financial issues. This is for the better because there is some detail that you have overlooked which needs attention.  It may be an accounting error, or another fact which should be corrected. Trust me on this one and review your work from last month.  Be a good sport on the 6th when you don’t get to “have it your way.” Good news arrives on the 20th and 21st, and Lady Luck pays a visit on the 26th.

Taurus – (April 20 – May 20)

This is your month, Taurus; your essence is etched in the rays of the Sun, and your fortune emanates from the beams of the stars. Get ready for your “coming out” party as Jupiter and Neptune join forces in your social foundation sector on the 27th. With the maverick shaman Chiron as a companion, this public acclaim also brings a long due healing your way. You may feel a slight frustration with Mercury retrograde in your sign (May 7 – 30), but make it an opportunity to work on yourself. Hair, makeup, and clothing all get an upgrade. If you need to shed a few pounds, Taurus, this is the perfect time, and the best day to begin your diet is May 1st! You may have to turn around and defend your vision on the 2nd – just say no.  It’s all about creating a new YOU, and what you must release to make space for the improved version.

Gemini – (May 21 – June 20)

Did you know that the human heart has its own brain, and that it generates the largest and most powerful energy field of any organ in the body? (According to HeartMath Institute/Stanford U.) In this season of sentiment, you have an opportunity to think with your heart instead of your head.  The resulting emotional vulnerability may feel awkward, but it’s also honest. It’s hard to move ahead right now because of a lingering issue from your past. Who or what have overlooked? You have an opportunity to make things right this month. This doesn’t mean financial loss, however. Stay true to yourself, and hold on to your money on the 2nd; it’s about intention, not sacrifice.

Cancer – (June 21 – July 21)

There is something wonderful that you can do better than anyone else, Cancer. What is it? Focus on your special gift; it has been given to you so that you can pass it on to the world. Are you finding frustration instead of a special relationship? My best counsel is: have patience, it may not happen until late August. Sorry, this is about your family stuff (as usual with your sign) and you have to walk in the forest of family trees for just a while longer.  The good news is that it will be worth the wait, and you just might have some fun along the way! The Full Moon of May 8/9th in your solar 5th house helps you to focus on finding joy and pleasure in your day to day life. It also addresses that special gift I mentioned, the one that only you have to offer.

Leo – (July 22 – August 22)

Every so often in the course of our lives we come to a turning point; a time when you can look back and see that the landscape of time and space has taken on a new dimension. May is such a month for you.  The Full Moon of May 8/9th in your solar 4th house pertains to your inner foundation, and to fulfill this lunation, you must make a choice Leo. It may not be easy, but, overall, I think it will be smooth. Jupiter and Neptune finally join forces on the 27th, and the overtone of this merger sends far reaching vibrations into your live – especially in the partnership sector. It’s about time things got going in this department. This is also the perfect month for a romantic vacation; schedule time for travel and much needed rest and relaxation.

Virgo – (August 23 – September 22)

Your ability to separate fact from fiction is critical now, Virgo. You may hear some elaborate yarns which have been constructed specifically for your ears. The question is: whom do they serve? Remember Mercury is retrograde from May 7th – 30th. The usual rules apply; do not sign contracts unless you plan to have them re-negotiated, avoid frustration due to mechanical break downs, (this applies to your computer and automobile) and, expect glitches in personal communication. This about covers it, but, expect the unexpected on the 19th. The good news is that you can successfully resolve any miscommunications on Thursday the 21st.

Libra – (September 23 – October 21)

 Isn’t it about time for your personal revolution? I see you as needing more freedom, and especially more “down’ time.”  You deserve a break, Libra. It’s ok to let others carry the heavy load while you follow a rainbow. It may feel a bit counter-intuitive, but relaxation feeds your creativity, which in turn fuels your income opportunities this month. Just be sure to keep your mind engaged, and a notepad and pen nearby. One long term project nears completion; be sure that you show up to collect the money which is rightfully yours. And, be ready to present your new proposal on or around the 25th –time is of the essence, and there is no good reason to delay.

Scorpio – (October 22 – November 21)

Yours is a pragmatic sign, but I invite you to try something new. Meditations may seem like fantasies, but they are amazingly powerful tools, Scorpio; especially now. You rapidly become adept at the Law of Attraction as the power of your inner being is eager for translation into the real world. Channel your depth into creating a vision of what you want for the next stage of your life, and embrace it every day and night. Chiron, the wounded healer of astrology demands that you must go into those dark inner caverns to retrieve soul energy which has been held in bondage; but I know that you will rise to this occasion and amaze everyone in your world. Do the work, Scorpio. A butterfly emerges for those willing to go deeply into the cocoon of your body, mind, and soul.

Sagittarius – (November 22– December 20)

Yours is considered one of the “lucky” signs, Sag, and this month is no exception. With Venus and Mars in Aries all month, your energy is good, and your spirits should be soaring. The thing here is; watch a tendency to preach to the choir. In other words, save your most important words for the right time and place. Although it’s well intended, not everyone appreciates your good advice. Writing is a top way for you to communicate this month, and if you have to get a proposal or other paperwork ready. The message your deliver on the 21st develops into a lucky break.  Aim for the stars, Sag, and don’t stop until you reach the top!

Capricorn – (December 21 – January 19)

Work is just not all there is, Cap; play is also an important part of your nature. Schedule some down time this month – you need and deserve it. This months’ Full Moon (May 8/9th)  in the water sign of Scorpio shines a light on the fortunate gains which are brought your way through group associations, your tribe, and ‘birds of a feather.’ Finances look good, also. Your long term goals are coming into fruition. However, avoid making any long term commitment on the 16th; decisions made on this day cling to you like spaghetti on a wall – you don’t want it there, but you will have to work so hard to make it go away.

Aquarius – (January 20 – February 17)

Your words are powerful, Aquarius. Use them with wisdom and know that therein lays your strength. You have to take a stand on the 17th; plan ahead, and present your well rehearsed rebuttal. We are all blessed today to be inspired by orators such as Barack Obama. Another famous orator is a woman of color who took the name of Sojourner Truth. Sojourner walked away from slavery in 1826, and she was the first black woman in history to take a white man to court and win her case. Her life is a notable example of strength and integrity. Do not underestimate the need for others to hear your message; we need your truth now. And, heed your own message, not the paranoia of others.

Pisces – (February 18 – March 19)

Loyalty is the key that unlocks your secret heart now, Pisces. You receive it just as you give it, too. It’s important to separate loyalty from sacrifice, however. Surrender of integrity is not in this picture. With both Venus and Mars moving through your 2nd house of money and self worth, you should enjoy a special vitality this month. Now is the time to position yourself to ask for a salary increase. Mercury retrograde advises to rework your image before taking the actual plunge, however. Make yourself look good on paper now, Pisces. This is the perfect time for a new photo and bio, as well as hair and clothing. Reach out on the 25th and you just might get what you want on the 27th.
